Dyson Roy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Opera/Vocal Performance from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her diverse musical journey began with singing in church choirs and has included performances in operas such as The Marriage of Figaro. Dyson is renowned for her expertise in gospel, classical, and whistle tones.

In addition to her classical background, Dyson is an accomplished R&B artist with music available on Spotify and Apple Music under the name Dyson Arreis. Her rich experience as a recording artist adds depth to her teaching, allowing her to guide students in various genres with a focus on vocal health and performance.
