In my experience as a vocal coach, I often find that when students begin voice lessons, they already have a preconceived idea/vision about their voice. But after hours, days, months, or even years of work in vocal exploration, creativity and risk taking, they come to find that that vision no longer serves them. Instead, they find a freedom of true expression–a transformation.
song in flow™ is a 3-hour art / sound making workshop dedicated to transforming your relationship with your voice. Feel inspired, connected, and free in your creativity.
In this guided experience, you get to:
Explore your voice through art, movement, and sound making
Shed light on how your inner creator and inner critic see your voice
Take home a drawing of your voice and a song you’ve created
Come as you are! No prior singing or songwriting experience is necessary. Some movement and meditation experience can be helpful. Ultimately, everything you need is already with/in and around you.
